Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the                      
reconsideration on SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL                           
NO. 126 which had been placed in the Pending File on the                       
Secretary's desk (page 2065) be taken up at this time.  Without                
objection, it was so ordered.

the Senate on reconsideration.                                                 
                                                                               
The question to be reconsidered:  "Shall SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE                    
FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 126 "An Act establishing the current                        
prevailing rate of wages issued at least 10 days before the final              
submission of bids as the prevailing wage rate for public                      
construction projects and requiring periodic adjustment of the wage            
rate" pass the Senate?"  The roll was taken with the following result:
